&lt;p&gt;On Friday, June 20, join the Performance Center coaches and other juniors for an exciting introduction to Performance Training. You will get to experience all that the Performance Center has to offer during this fun team activity, including the use of the Tiger Turf Field, Mondo Sprint Track, and a variety of special equipment used during Performance Training sessions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There will be multiple times available based on age group. Ages 7-13 can sign up for 9:30-10:00 am or 10:30-11:00 am, and ages 13-18 can sign up for 10:00-10:30 am or 11:00-11:30 am. Sessions are free, however, they are limited to 24 participants per 30 minute session (member children must present card, non-member children must be accompanied by a parent with a membership).&lt;/p&gt;
