  • NEW! Power Yoga Class Times

    3/1: Beginning March 1st, Power Yoga will be held from 7-8:15 a.m. on Monday/Wednesday in the Yoga Studio and will replace the 9 a.m. Monday/Wednesday Power Yoga class.

  • NEW! Adult Karate

    Beginning March 1, 2010 PRO Sports Club will offer adult karate instruction. Enroll today for the two month session (March-April), on Saturdays from 9:30-10:25 a.m. Karate provides the physical benefits of body coordination, control, flexibility and balance that will help you in all sports and activities. Classes are taught by Brent Hartwig, a 6th degree Black Belt and ranked in Rokudan.
