    Effective 1/1/09: By popular request, we are pleased to offer a more flexible option for yoga enthusiasts with class packages. This new option will allow you to pay for the classes that best suit your schedule. Plus, packages are transferable between Bellevue and Seattle. For more details, please see the flyer below.

  • NEW! - Fitness Happy Hour

    Beginning November 1, we'll be offering two great ways to save on your workout with 4:30 p.m. Fitness Happy Hour at Bellevue PRO Sports Club. Purchase a 15-class Happy Hour punch card for just $30 and choose among Yoga, Circuit Training, and Indoor Cycling. Or, if you prefer, purchase four personal training sessions scheduled at 4:30 p.m. with select trainers and receive two additional sessions free of charge.

    You asked for it, and your wish is our command! We have expanded our Ballroom Dancing offerings for September/October to include another two night Introduction to Ballroom Dancing, two nights of Salsa, two nights of Swing, and twp nights of Rumba & Cha Cha. We also added, by popular request, an Open Dance Night & Ballroom Review so you and your partner can just dance. See our flyer for dates and details.

  • New FREE classes beginning September – Above the Belt and 6-Pack Workout

    Ever tried Below the Belt or Amazing Abs? Above the Belt will get every body part above the waist strong and streamlined! Our 6-Pack Workout is a 60 minute class focusing on core stability, strength and cardio intervals to keep that midsection tight!   • Studio A and B Closure for Floor Resurfacing

    8/16-8/24: Studio A and B will be closed for repairs and annual resurfacing.

    During this time, all of our FREE classes (Amazing Abs, Below the Belt, Cardio Core, Low Impact, Step, Step Circuit, S-T-R-E-T-C-H, and Total Kickboxing) will be cancelled. Our enrollment classes held in Studio A and B (Extreme Body Makeover, Kids Super Fitness, Mountain Conditioning, Pilates Reformer and Mat, and Sculpt in 4 Weeks) will be in an alternate location.   • NEW Ballroom Dancing Classes Offered for May and June!

    Due to overwhelming response of our Introduction to Ballroom classes, we have added a new two-night Beginners Series which focuses on the fundamentals! Join us for Smooth Ballroom Dances (Fox Trot, Waltz, Tango) or try out your Latin flair with our Rhythm Ballroom Dances (Swing, Rumba, Cha Cha).* We've also added two more sessions of our Introduction to Ballroom Dancing, so if you missed the first round you can still join us! This course spotlights the basic elements of the Fox Trot, Waltz, Tango, Swing, Rumba, and Cha Cha.

    *The Introduction to Ballroom Dancing session is highly recommended before taking the Beginners Series Smooth or Rhythm Dancing as we'll keep progressing! Ballroom Dancing classes offered at Bellevue location only.
